Founding Pastors
Pastor Kevin is a man after God’s own heart and has a heart for you. He has been involved in ministry since 1997, serving as an Assistant Pastor and Youth Minister in North Carolina and again in southern California after relocating in 2007. Kevin, along with his wife Elspeth, are passionate about helping you live your best life with Jesus. They have been married for more than 25 years and have 2 children, James and Erica. The family relocated to Rancho Cucamonga in 2018 and God has placed it in their hearts to plant Victory Church to serve the families of Rancho Cucamonga and surrounding communities.
